How we handle quote inquiry data.
This notice explains what the website collects, why BRS uses it, who processes it, and how to exercise your privacy rights.
Effective date: August 18, 2026
Who is responsible for your data
BRS Industrial Works and Supply Corp. is the controller responsible for personal data submitted through this website.
Contact: brs@brsindustrial.com
Office: Imus City, Cavite 4103, Philippines
What the quote form collects
The form asks for four substantive fields:
- your name;
- your company;
- your email address; and
- your message.
The form also records whether you gave the required privacy consent and receives a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token and result. It does not accept attachments.
Why BRS uses the information
BRS uses the information to review your inquiry, understand the requested work, contact you with questions, prepare or discuss a quotation, and keep the related business correspondence. BRS also uses the Turnstile result to protect the form from automated abuse.
How the inquiry is processed
- The Cloudflare Workers service receives the form and checks its fields.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks the anti-abuse token.
- Cloudflare Email Sending delivers an accepted inquiry to brs@brsindustrial.com.
- Google Workspace processes and stores the resulting email in the BRS mailbox.
The quote endpoint does not place the inquiry in an application database, D1, or KV store, and it does not log the message body. The inquiry still exists as email in Google Workspace under the retention practice described below.
Turnstile signals
Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical and behavioral signals used to distinguish people from automated abuse. These can include IP address, browser and device characteristics, request timing, and interaction signals. BRS receives the verification token and result for form security, not a marketing profile.
Who receives the information
The inquiry is available to BRS personnel who handle inquiries, scope review, quotations, and the related follow-up. Cloudflare processes the submission, anti-abuse check, and outbound website email. Google Workspace processes and stores the delivered email. BRS may also disclose information when required by law.
No marketing or automated business decisions
BRS does not use quote-form information for marketing and does not make automated decisions about whether to quote or work with you. Turnstile's automated check is limited to detecting possible form abuse.
How long BRS keeps inquiries
Unresolved inquiries remain in the mailbox while the discussion or related work is active. The office owner labels resolved threads Closed. Once each month, the owner deletes Closed threads older than 12 months.
Your privacy rights
Subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable law, you may ask BRS to:
- confirm whether BRS processes personal data about you and provide access to it;
- correct inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete data;
- object to processing or withdraw consent for future processing where the processing depends on consent or the right to object otherwise applies;
- erase or block data where that right applies, including data that is no longer needed for the stated purpose or was processed unlawfully; and
- provide a portable copy in a structured, commonly used electronic format where the right to data portability applies.
Send a request to brs@brsindustrial.com and include enough information to identify the inquiry. BRS may ask you to confirm your identity. Withdrawing consent affects future processing and does not undo processing already completed before withdrawal.
BRS may keep information when law requires or permits retention, or when the record is needed to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or establish or defend a legal claim. If BRS cannot fully complete an erasure or blocking request for one of these reasons, it will explain the limitation.
Questions, concerns, and complaints
