Our core capability is high-purity and specialty gas piping inside fabs, plants and cleanrooms. Mechanical, electrical and civil scope exists so a gas project doesn't have to be split across three contractors.
High-purity & specialty gas piping
Main source to sub-distribution line to the tool — installed, welded, leak-tested and purity-verified.

CIP and process lines
Clean-in-place (CIP) line piping and simple syrup line piping to sanitary standards.
Chemical piping, ducting and fire protection pipeline
Chemical piping installation, ducting installation, and fire protection pipeline complete with fire hose cabinets.
Supporting disciplines
Delivered alongside our mechanical scope, most often on plants where we already hold the gas package.
Electrical works
Cable pulling and equipment positioning; line tracing and termination. Delivered on N₂ plant and semiconductor projects including Murata, Nexperia and Allegro.
Civil & structural
Tank foundation and erection; building and steel structure works, including a four-storey dormitory building — civil and steel structure.
Oil & gas — purging
Nitrogen gas purging of process lines, vessels and pipelines, including N₂ gas blanketing lines to oil expansion tanks.
Liquid helium for hospitals
Loading and transfer of liquid helium for MRI and NMR installations — a service carried directly from the founder's medical-gas experience.
Fabrication & supply
Tool fabrication and spool prefabrication at our Biñan shop; supply of industrial products and instrument fittings.
